Where The Body Splits into Bark

€2,000.00

In today’s world, anxiety feels almost woven into daily life.

We live in a culture of constant noise- endless notifications, fast moving news cycles, social pressure, economic uncertainties and a sense that we’re always runnings behind.

Our bodies are wired to respond to danger with heightened alertness, but in a world that rarely quiets down, that alertness never really switches off.

This is why so many of us walk around with a low hum of unease- tight chests, restless thoughts and a sense of being pulled in too many directions at once.

Nature, however offers something profoundly different. Stepping into a forest, sitting by the water or simply feeling sunlight on the skin interrupts the loop of anxious thoughts. Where modern life demands speed, nature moves at its own rhythm.

A tree doesn’t hurry to grow, the tide doesn’t rush to turn. Immersing ourselves in those rhythms can remind us that it’s okay to slow down, breathe and be present.
